Privacy Policy

The MZERK iPhone and iPad app does not collect your personal information. No accounts. No advertising. No tracking. Your game progress stays on your device.

What the app does

MZERK runs offline. It does not send personal information, gameplay history, or device identifiers to the developer. The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

Your saved game

Progress, high scores, replay ghosts, saved runs, and settings are stored locally on your device to make the game work. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local data. Device backups are controlled by your operating system and backup settings.

When you contact support

If you choose to email design@erosner.com, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use that information to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue; we do not use it for advertising or sell it. Email is handled by the email services involved in delivery. You may ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to any legal retention obligations. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

This website and external links

This policy distinguishes the offline app from the website. Visiting mzerk.xyz, including opening Support or Privacy from the app, makes a normal web request to our hosting provider, Hostinger. The host may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page, and access time to deliver and secure the website. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The browser version stores game progress and settings locally in your browser.

Apple and your email or browser providers may process information under their own policies and settings. The app does not add its own tracking to those services.

Children’s privacy

The app does not collect personal information from players of any age. If a child contacts support, please avoid including unnecessary personal details.

Changes and questions

We will update this page and its effective date if these practices change. For privacy questions or requests, contact Eric Rosner at design@erosner.com.
